Outside of university, I thrive on expressing my interests through writing while also constantly being immersed in the art of classical literature. When I’m not writing or reading, I equally enjoy cinematography, casual walks, Pilates, and cooking.

Article Editor
Lucy Heap
My name is Lucy, and I am a second-year LLB student with aspirations of becoming a barrister specializing in commercial law. My advice to future contributors is to ensure that your assertions are thoroughly explained, not only by referencing credible sources but also by providing in-depth analysis. Always link your arguments back to the question, clearly demonstrating their relevance and significance.

Managing Editor
Maria Abdel Hay
I am currently in my third year of a dual jurisdiction law program, studying both French and UK law. This cross-border education fuels my interest in comparative legal frameworks. Future legal authors should prioritize clarity and support their arguments with legal evidence and sources.

Production Editor
Anjili Persad
I'm Anjili, and I' truly excited to take on the role of Production Editor for the City Law Review VII. Currently a second-year international student from Trinidad and Tobago, pursuing a Bachelor of Law; for which my passion for politics and love of writing propelled me to pursue a career in law.
Alongside my studies, I have actively volunteered, most recently through the Interact Club and notably through with the Junior Achievement program where I served as Human Resource Manager. I believe that writing allows you to express your emotions on paper, and with that, my tip for future authors would be to nurture your ideas and let them grow - but then don’t be afraid to trim them.
